All name changes will incur a $100 fee per person.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A $300 per person Deposit is due at time of booking. A $400 additional payment is due on May 28, 2013. Full payment is due by September 10, 2013. Space is on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellation Policies & Travel Insurance
Please read the cancellation policies for this resort takeover. These cancellation policies differ from the standard policies. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect you against any unforeseen circumstances. Many travel insurance policies will refund any non-refundable deposits or cancellation penalties if purchased within a certain period of time. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE.
Cancellation Insurance is available for $119 per person. Travel Protection Insurance can prevent you from incurring a financial loss before your trip. Should you have to cancel for any of the following reasons: (Illness, Injury, Death, Unannounced Strike, Jury Duty, Court Ordered Appearance or Traffic Accident)
