What documents do I need to travel?

All guests will need a Passport to travel to the Bahamas. Please consult your local consulate for any additional necessary travel documents.

What is included in the price?

  • 4 Nights Accommodations at Atlantis, Paradise Island
  • All Meals and beverages are offered at select restaurants and bars and are available during regular hours of operation.
  • ALCOHOLIC and non-alcoholic drinks by the glass at select food and beverage outlets from 8:00AM to 2:00 AM

What IS NOT included in the price?

How is seating determined?

Seating for events will be broken up into sections, a front and back section. All guests will be broken up into A & B groups. Guests who book Royal Tower Preferred Rooms, Coral Tower Regal Suites or Royal Tower Regal Suites will be guaranteed the front section for TWO Events. All other events will either be an A or B event, with the corresponding group in the Front Section.

Guests who booked preferred rooms will recieve 2 extra events as well.

Do children get a discount?

Children aged  7 - 11, when traveling with 2 full paying adults, will be at a rate of $99 plus $199 for taxes and fees

Children under the age of 6 can attend free of charge when traveling with 2 full paying adults.

Is there childcare available?

Babysitting service is an in room service only, meaning that the babysitter comes to your room and baby sits, but is not allowed to take the child/children out of room unless they are accompanied by the parent/parents.

All babysitters are CPR certified and have child care qualification as well as background and security checked by Atlantis Security Department.

There is a fee of $25.00 an hour (based on one child) and $10.00 for each additional child per hour. If the sitting is booked between 10:00pm-7:00am the fees are $30.00 (based on one child) and $10.00 for each additional child per hour.

There is a 3 hour minimum requirement for each sitting. A sitting that last more than six (6) consecutive hours, Atlantis asks the guest to provide the babysitter with a meal or allow her a 30 minute break. She brings to the room with her an agreement form that has to be completed prior to the service. There are ABSOLUTELY NO cash transactions. Any tip or gratuity you wish to give the babysitter must be added to the form and the total amount will be charged to your account.

If you wish to cancel or adjust the booking time, we ask that you give us a two (2) hour notice to avoid a penalty of $60.00 to your account.

How often can I eat?

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are available at many of the restaurants including:

  • All outdoors Cafes (Except Cain & Cascades)
  • Bahamian Club
  • Casa D'Angelo
  • Chop Stix
  • Marina Pizza
  • Poseidon's Table (Formerly Marketplace)
  • Murray's Deli
  • Olive
  • Sea Grapes
  • Virgil's

All guests get 1 meal per person per meal period.

What are the bar hours?

All drinks are included by the glass at select food and beverage outlets from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Alcoholic drinks INCLUDE DELUXE Brands such as Smirnoff Vodka, Bombay Gin, Bacardi Silver, Canadian Club, Jim Beam, House Selection of winds, Sands and Sands Light, Stone Cellar Wines. Some brands outside of this list would be at the guest's expense.

Are there any age restrictions?

Minimum age requirements at Atlantis:

  • To reserve a room ~ 18 years or older**
  • To drink alcohol ~ 18 years or older
  • To gamble ~ 18 years or older

**One person staying in each room must be at least 18-years-old or above to confirm a room. This guest must hold a major credit card in their own name to be used at check-in.

How much money will I need to bring?

Many clients have asked, "How much money do I need to bring?" This is dependent upon your personal spending habits and budget.  Bottles of wine and champagne (Prices vary) are not included.  Excursions/Tours range from $20-$150 (US) per person. Spa services range from $30 (US) and up. According to your personal budget, set aside money for optional expenses like souvenirs, bottles of wine and personal items.

What should I pack?

Dress during the day is casual (shorts, shirts, skirts, jeans, etc.) Dress for dinner & the evening is business casual.  Pack Lightly.

 Can I purchase a Private Event Pass separately?

No. It's a part of the package deal only. The Rick Springfield event is can NOT be purchased through Atlantis. All Rick Springfield Events will be exclusive to our group.

Air Travel Information

Airfare to Nassau can be booked at your leisure. Atlantis is located on Paradise Island which is 20 minute drive from the airport. Taxis are also readily available at Nassau International Airport to transport you to Atlantis. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM.

Are pets allowed?

With the exception of seeing eye dogs or dogs for the disabled, no pets will be allowed at the resort.

Is Medical Care available at Atlantis?

Atlantis Mediclinic, located in the Beach Towers, is open from 7:00 a.m. until midnight every day. There is an outdoor Nurse's station, located near Royal Towers. There is a doctor on call 24 hours a day.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you have taken insurance and you need to cancel for a covered condition, you can make a claim with the insurance carrier to recover any lost payments.

What is the policy for name changes?
Name changes are permitted for $100 per person, however at least one passenger from the original reservation must remain in the room. Changing all names in a room are not permitted and considered a cancellation. Name Changes are not permitted for Match Program or Single Reservations. Cancellation penalties will apply.
